Doin another 5k! Thinking I’ll work on doing a 10k in a couple more months. GAH! Last year at this time I had JUST STARTED Couch 2 5k and could barely run for 2 consecutive minutes. Now I can run for 40 minutes without stopping.
THAT IS SOME FUCKIN PROGRESS!!
I’ve got delusions of grandeur. So, may be I’ll try to do a 10k. You gotta crawl before you can walk, right?!!
